mmm.. yes indeedy.. served with a nice creamy honey mustard. <whimper> I had some "stone crabs" in a restaurant up here once. Boy were they sad and pathetic. and TEENY. Looked like they had loped off all the weeny arms that were growing back!







Liver isn't a food! It's an organ. blech

Stone crabs are very good (much better than Chicken gizzards, I imagine) but they are best dipped in sauces.

(Classy.. I'd SO go back to work, if I had clients/customers like yours!)
