They would pick our pockets, before we left, that's for sure. There would probably be a leaving the area tax and they would pass a law that former residents still had to pay their taxes.

They would wouldn't they!! The politicians wouldn't care if we left just make sure to pay your tax bill every year.

Congratulations, Cindy. Be careful when you take it outside. You wouldn't want it to get dirty.

I would like the weather to stay between 35 and 75 all the time. That's a big enough range that you wouldn't get bored but neither too hot nor too cold.

My father has a theory that everyone should retire to North Dakota. When you read the local paper, all the obituaries for former residents say they moved to Florida or Arizona or California. You never see an obituary for someone who retired to North Dakota.

It's kinda hard to tell if someone is dead, or just frozen solid, in North Dakota. LOL
