Say "NO" to snow (this week). They are almost finished repointing my building. They've started the power-washing. One end was done on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday they started prepping the other end. They spread sand on the balcony (I don't know why) and now… nothing. I have a sandy balcony.

I want one more week of perfect weather so they can finish. Then -- whatevah.

hey poe. how'd you like 0803? i thought it was pretty good.
Loved the competition between Adams & Parks. Parks is sooooo funny. I think House earned the donation but it's going to be fun watching him scam Foreman for staff and space. (Speaking of whom, I actually haven't hated Foreman so far this year. I think they finally found the right place for him.)

I believe Taub returns on Monday. Love PJac, but am not looking forward to the return of the "Taub can't keep it in his pants" story line. Am looking forward to Chase's return.

Sandy balcony - interesting concept... couldn't find a good picture  Wonder if it's for not slipping and sliding or part of the 'power wash' like sand blasting???
There was repairing the cement around some of the bricks, removing and replacing the cement in each spot the railing connected, taking the covers off the drains, painting and goodness knows what else. My guess is that when they send the tsunami, the sand polishes what's there, removes what's loose and scrubs out the drain spouts on the way down. But that's just my imagination. Could be entirely wrong.

what i found about Lives

Phrase used by women and homosexuals to describe where inanimate objects are kept.
Steve: Where does she keep the Pine-Sol?
Chad: Helen says it lives under the sink next to the Jet-Dry

If you keep some of those things long enough, they do become life forms. So do things kept in the back of the refrigerator for several months.
