Not abandon my Dad, Jan, just gone for a week or two to visit my friend. I talked to him a couple of weeks ago and he said to come on out there and I could stay at his place. I wasn't feeling very well at that time, so I told him maybe some other time.

What a night, we lost our power for a couple of hours, but it's back on now. It's a good thing that it is, because it's below freezing outside. The storm seems to be winding down, we didn't get much snow, but the leaves are covered in it and some branches are hanging pretty low. I heard that over 2 million people have lost their power, because of this storm.
Anyway, everything is pretty much back to normal here, so it's time for me to get some sleep. CUL RM
