Good evening Ralph , i am frying pork belly right now, i couldnt hold my instinct..............:D

I am going to try it in the oven this weekend. I have heard that once you try it that way, you'll never go back. Takes a bit longer, but supposed to be well worth it. :p

i think that if you use the broiler as the final touch it gets better but you have to keep an eye on it

I dont know. They used to do some pretty good oven bacon when I was in the AF.

I had BLTs for supper--it was yummy. :)

OK, guys, what kind of gluttonous meat poison should I post pictures of tomorrow? :laugh::laugh:

It's no good without the lettuce. As long as it's not the head lettuce, which is void of any nutrition anyway. Spinach is good too, and gives folks something to laugh at when you smile. :D But that's a BST....
