Lis both our cars are 1994. One has over 100,000 on it and the other is under 50,000.
We do a lot of maintenance to keep them running.

Close is good.
Would you believe it takes my son just about an hour and a half to get to work. And then home again. He really puts some miles on his car.
so he is working just to pay for gas ............![]()
I'd have to spend a lot more on repairs on both cars to get even close to what a new one cost these days!

It does take a chunk out of the paycheck!!!
He can work remotely and I keep telling him to work from home when he can. Even one day would cut the gas expense.
Wow....that's a long drive. Some days I wish I was a little farther from work, just to have a little down time before I get home.
Yep that's it on a bad day...... LOL
Goodnight Jan and Lis, sweet dreams![]()
I hate paying for repairs ,well actually what I really hate is to go to a repair shop
I still have my old one and I'm about ready to get rid of the front loader and go back to it!
- recommended against it when she was shopping. I had just shopped for and bought a new top loader after 25 years on the other one.
Miss you guys.....my .... is dragging and I see no end in sight. Wanted to say howdy and let you know I hope you all are good!!![]()
But we miss you too!
