It's hard to find anything non digital and believe me we tried when we got my stove and the dishwasher!!

Lis both our cars are 1994. One has over 100,000 on it and the other is under 50,000.

We do a lot of maintenance to keep them running.
that's good, i have been changing my car every 5 years but it is time to stop that, i can't hardly breath paying the bills and the insurance as a not owner

Close is good.

Would you believe it takes my son just about an hour and a half to get to work. And then home again. He really puts some miles on his car.

Wow....that's a long drive. Some days I wish I was a little farther from work, just to have a little down time before I get home.

you told me so once :) only 5 minutes drive time

Yep that's it on a bad day...... LOL

Goodnight Jan and Lis, sweet dreams :)

It does take a chunk out of the paycheck!!!
He can work remotely and I keep telling him to work from home when he can. Even one day would cut the gas expense.

I was guessing that but we are paying 4 time more for everything lately and the pay check is the same as 10 years ago ,only a few cents more

I still have my old one and I'm about ready to get rid of the front loader and go back to it!

Dropping back in - my niece and three of her friends in Michigan dumped their front loaders this winter. Supposed to be 'energy or water efficient' - recommended against it when she was shopping. I had just shopped for and bought a new top loader after 25 years on the other one.

Hi lis, fudgey..... heading back out....

I always said that I wouldn't just disappear from the forum, but that I would say goodbye, before I left. Well, I don't want to go into the details as to why I have decided this, but I will be spending a lot less time and maybe none at all, on the ECF, at least for a while, maybe permanently.

ZeldaMary, take good care of the j0kers, it's your thread now. :)
