I've picked out the setup I plan to buy (thanks ShogaNinja!):

eGo Twist 1000mAh
1-2 Vision 3 clearomizers
10ml bottle of eliquid (probably will buy this separately from Totally Wicked)

Forget a charging cable..I'm pretty sure the Twist uses a USB/mini USB cord and I have one of these around the house.

Any suggestion of where to get this cheapest from, item cost + shipping combined?

Not sure who all has promo codes put right now.

Cheapest I've found so far was AltSmoke an that was around $39ish TOTAL for the Twist, one clearomizer, and a eGo charging cable (which as I mentioned I probably don't need)

Totally wicked (you mentioned you were gonna get 10ml of eliquid from them?), has an 1000mah twist starter kit for $50, which includes 1 1000mah twist battery, a charger, a couple ego-c atomizers, a charger, and 10ml of their juice.

I just received this kit myself a couple days ago (when they had a 25% sale) and could not be happier with it.

Aghhh, they're sold out! Wish I would've known about that kit back when the sale was goin on.

I honestly feel so confused when it comes to the atomizer/cones, etc...

No idea what to buy or what all is needed to screw onto the battery housing before a drip tip can be popped on. I guess that's why clearomizers appeal to me so muh...simply fill up, screw on, and you're good to go.

I do realize a good atomizer would last me longer though..

It's not Genuine Joyetech, says
Supplier: LOTS Technology.

I found the Joyetech eGo Twist batteries at ecigexpress for http://www.ecigexpress.com/joye-ego...joyetech-egotwist-variable-volt-900mah-p-1609 I sent someone there to buy them the other day.
Their relocate 10% coupon seems to have expired but vpzecx gave a few percents off. I don't like the Twist starter kits when I set up friends because of the tanks they come with; I prefer to just get the batteries, then a charger and CE4 or whatever.

Please don't forget that you may need a wall adapter for your charging cable.
Also, standard batteries are cheaper than the Twist and work just fine.

Ego Twist + Vivi Nova is a great entry level vaping setup. $22 shipped for Twist and charger at VaporBeast is hard to beat. Don't let the "genuine" vs. clone argument influence your decision, just remember they're all made in China (prone to high failure rates) and regardless of their origins most venders only offer one month warranty (...what a shocker). If you're a light smoker or aren't fully committed to switch vaping yet I would recommend just purchase one Twist, but do remember that it takes ~3hrs to fully recharge the battery. As for Vivi Nova, I would just stick with GotVapes for now if you don't know the differences between the "genuine" Vision version versions (<-- not a typo) and their clones. As for the Vivi Nova, get the mini version ($9 + shipping) if you want to make it more streamline with the Twist or get the normal version ($13 + shipping) if you decide to upgrade your setup in the future to APVs (a bit bulky for the Twist). Don't fret too much with your first setup, keep in mind the bulk of the cost of getting into vaping will be invested in finding the right ejuice for you (flavor/nic level/pg:vg ratio). Don't forget your free 10ml sampler from VapeDudes via code fbfree. Once you have your setup and start vaping you might want to learn how to re-wick your Vivi Nova + ejuice DIY to save you some $$$. Good luck and welcome to EFC. :vapor:
