which base should i use

i try to find a thread where there is a review of many PG and VG base.
maybe i do not how to search lol
anyway i was going to order from Perfumer Apprentice the VG and the PG but maybe there is a difference between most of the bases.
so id like to know which one would be the best and maybe a review of VG and PG of TPA/TFA ?
