So I'm officially cig free and loving it! Now that I'm a dedicated vapor I want to expand my new addiction - all I have so far is 3 batteries from V4L, two chargers and a bunch of cartos and liquid. I'm very happy with what I believe are KR808's (?) but have been looking on different sites (thanks to you wonderful peeps) and am curious if other similar looking batteries like the G6 on Halo or the ones they sell on Bloog would be compatible with my V4L chargers? Also I remember reading that Bloog cartos are very good and again wondering would they fit on my V4L batteries? Thanks in advance :)

Yes it MAY work - some V4L chargers are a bit too narrow inside. The Bloog/Volt/G6 batteries are a bit thicker due to their rubberized coating. So depending on how evenly the deep plastic part of the V4L charger cable was glued. a rubberized battery may or may not fit in. My one Volt manual did fit inside all but one of my 3 V4L chargers.

The Volt leak-resistant auto (which i wish I had no bothered to try) did not fit or did not get electrical contact in any of my V4L chargers - I did not want to force it, maybe their autos communicate differently with the chargers and won't ever work with V4L chargers - I would not know). I bought a Volt charger to charge it, and then I seriously disliked it compared to the hit you get from manuals so it is now the backup for my backup's backup.

So the answer is the rubberized battery MAY work in your V4L charger.

Oh and yes - Bloogplanet, SmokelessImage, and Halocigs G6 are all KR808D-1 threading like V4L. Their batteries are 3.6v regulated w/ 5 second cutoff (longest drag or battery activation you can do is 5 seconds). Vapor4Life have a 10-13 second custom long cutoff and are 3,7v unregulated (4.2v right off the charger, 3.7v playeau, drip down at the end). They can all use each others cartos. You can also use any other KR808D-1 cartos 2.5 to 3 volts. V4L WOW cartos arre around 2.5 ohm (the hot end of what you can use), and the Bloog/SI and maybe Halocigs ones are 2.6ohm bottom coils - less heat at the mouth end, and bit looser stuffing, easier to get a good drag IMO. And of course the easiest way to get good drags is to use manual batteries.

My mom is able to charge her volt battery on her V4L charger. She likes the V4L cartos best out of most of the KR808 cartos she's tried. She loves the cartos from Ikenvape but unfortunately they're out of stock a lot.

Most of the brand name cartos are good- not a HUGE difference. It's always best to buy empty cartos and fill them yourself.
