Things to consider:

• MTL (mouth to lung - like a cigarette draw) vs. DL (direct lung - like a hookah or b-ong draw) style of vape
• Size of the device
• Internal vs. external battery
• Available device power (greatly dependent on the style of vape you prefer)
• Pod vs. 510 connection
• What's available to you in the Philippines (is there a website you generally shop from?)
• Are you looking for a throat hit? Or more for flavors?
• Will you need a lot of nic?

These are the types of things that will help people direct you toward something you may enjoy as a starter.
