Which coil should I use for my Atlantis 2?

hi I'm new here, been vaping a couple of months. I bought the aspire cf sub ohm with the Atlantis tank and been using it for about a month now. I decided to upgrade to the atlantis 2 it has 2 coils 0.3 and 0.5. Which one would be better for the battery I'm currently using? The specs of the battery are:
Capacity: 2000mAh
Compatible with: 0.3-1.0 ohm
Maximum Current: 40Amps
4.2 Volt Output

According to the specs, either will work fine. I'd suggest trying them both out and seeing which one you like better.

Edit: Forgot to mention, you'll probably get longer battery life with the .5 Ohm coil.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter. It all depends how many watts you're going to use. Maybe someone else can be a bit more specific as to how many though because i'm not sure, although you can go pretty high but you won't want to, it'll get too hot. Between 20 and 25 watts would be my guess with plenty of amps to spare.

Actually, it DOES matter. The 0.3 ohm coils don't really start producing good vapor and flavor until you hit 60 watts. Ideally, they need 75-85 watts to shine. Your battery can't do that. Get the 0.5 ohm coils, and life is good.

Thanks, I just didn't want to use both coils if one was going to be better than the other. I can't adjust anything on my battery either so just wanted to know if there would be any difference. thanks for you replys

I just got my atlantis 2 yesterday. I'm using it on my ipv mini 2 with the .5 ohm coils. I am vaping it at 35 watts and it's great for me. I tried the .3 ohm that came with it on my sigelei 100w and I just don't like to vape like that all day at 70-80w. I'll crank it up every now and then just for fun but for an all day vape I prefer to be around 30-35w. Maybe 40 depending what juice I'm using. All depends what you like really. What mod you using?

I'm using the aspire cf sub that I bought with the Atlantis, I was really looking forward to the Atlantis 2 but maybe my cf sub isn't powerful enough
