“Better” rarely works well with ecigs. Too much individual preference involved. It would depend mostly on the coil I would think.

But since you asked I prefer medium with the Zero.
The Play I have is not adjustable so I cannot say for that one.

Also agree that this is subjective. I usually go with the lowest setting - for battery life - and only increase if I don't get a satisfactory vape.
