If there is no real difference then they might both be 100% PG from China. I find the Chinese PG juices are simple one-flavor juices with good TH since they are all PG. I only use 100% PG when I am looking for more TH for a few drags. If I use 100% PG for an extended time then my tongue gets sore and tingly.

Mostly I use juices that are blended in the US with bases that are a mix of PG and VG (PG is a bit harsher so more TH and VG is smoother with more vapor). I tend to like 70PG/30VG or sometimes 80PG/20VG for a tobacco, and some people like 50/50. I think the US mixers mostly offer a nice selection of single flavors as well as more complex hand-blended flavors.

I like FreedomSmokeUSA (discount code freedomsmokeusa for 10% off) and Backwoods Brew

Pg, vg, th??? I don't know what these stand for.

Put your pointer over the abbreviations that have lines under them, and it will give you a definition.

My experience has been that Health Cabin is more flavorful. I don't know why. I am extremely sad right now because I just finished a sample bottle of their Flue Cured, and I won't be ordering from them until the end of the month. I really enjoyed it. Health Cabin's flavors are probably my favorite. I've got about 600ml of their juice, and dozens of their DIY flavorings.

If you are planning on ordering from Health Cabin, you can get samples of both Dekang, and their brand. I've gotten Dekang from them, as well as other suppliers, and it has been the same stuff. I would recommend ordering the same flavor of Health Cabin and Dekang so that you can compare the two.

Cool, thanks man. I guess I'll be ordering the HC menthol. I just wish they had a low 4mg liquid

If you were already planning on making an order with them, you could just get their menthol flavoring and some unflavored juice, then mix your own flavor. How long have you been vaping?

Or what I guess I should say, since I'm heading to bed is. If I were to do-over my first order from them, I would have done this, in relation to what you mentioned.
Order the 36mg unflavored.
Order the menthol flavored eliquid. (Just as a back-up in case your DIY doesn't work well. :) )
Order the menthol flavoring only.
Use a calculator like this to find how much to mix to get 4mg. eJuice Recipe Calculator You will find out that 10ml of the unflavored 36mg liquid will get you 90ml of flavored liquid at 4mg strength.

I'm not sure if you're aware of the length of shipping time and the cost for shipping too. Small orders don't do well from China. My orders are generally in the $200 and up range.

Another way to add menthol is to buy Menthol crystals and add them to your favorite juices. I'm not really a menthol person any more. When I first started smoking analogs I smoked Kools then switched to Camels. A sister in law likes menthol. I helped her switch from analogs to vaping and worked up a juice she liked. I took Dekang USA mix in 24 mg and added three pieces of crystal menthol. That was starting point. She then added a bit more to her taste. She was a Newport smoker. It worked for her and she has been analog free for a while. Crystals are very easy to work with and economical. Buy them in the DIY section on many sites. I bought mine at the DIY flavor shop.

Perfect, I wanna start low :)

Since you don't really want to DIY, you will find it hard to get that low of nicotine concentration. I still suggest getting the lower level then, plus some propylene glycol, flavoring, and a couple little bottles too. Then you can fill half a bottle with the premixed, the other half with the propylene glycol to reduce the strength by half, and add flavor to taste. Also note that the levels of nicotine listed are sometimes misleading to newer people. You can mix the amount down, but you can't mix it up, so you don't want to get stuck with too little and not be satisfied . . . how much did you smoke?

Just a suggestion, Laurin at word-up will make you any strength you want. and any flavoring level you want. If your new and all this mixing stuff seems overwhelming to you, (I know that feeling) try them out. they have a pretty economical sampler pack you can order to try out a few different flavors or you can just get a smaller bottle. Shoot jeff or laurin an email or PM on their forum supplier thread and they'll hook you up.

Yeah thanks for the tip... I'll track them down, this mixing stuff seems like a HUGE effort! I'm all the way in India so I doubt they'll entertain me though...
