Is there a thread or a STICKY on this some where? If so WHERE? It is probably out there but hard to find. It would be GREAT to know. I am sure it won't stop people from using the flavors, BUT it may help those of us who are a bit new to all of this figure out if it's our NEW YUMMY FLAVOR that has gunked us up or if it actually a gear issue. I have tried reading up on this and other issues, but it's like trying to swim through concrete, too make people adding things that are NOT needed. I get lost, bored, or my .... falls asleep and I am still no closer to finding my answers than I was when I 1st started. I FINALLY had to start a NEW THREAD just to find what I was looking for. With that said....I started this one. *Sigh*

There are many flavors out there known to cause problems with clearo's.
Some know problem flavors are:
Cinnamon Redhots
Ripe Banana
Absinthe
Rum & Coke
Fruit Bazooka
Wild Cherry

There HAS to be more that just the ones listed above!!! Please add to this list any that have caused you issues.

Thank you in advance

I think the list you have there is more flavors that are known to crack polycarbonate tanks and clearos than to gunk them up. There certainly are some juices that will gunk up coils faster than others--dark juices, for example, often have more problems than light colored ones. I've heard that MBV Salted Caramel can gunk up anything in a matter of days.

For known tank-cracking juices, here's a really great thread:

I think the most recent update is post #339. Hope this is helpful to you!

I wonder if this thread is still open. I was searching for people talking about juices that don't gunk up their coils.

I've found that absinthe and licorice leave the coil the cleanest for the longest. All of them I've gotten have been clear as water to look at.

Zeus Ejuice Teaberry, so far, seems clean, and the color is crystal clear. It didn't cloud my tank either, as every other teaberry has done.

For a cinnamon, I use Velvet Vapors Fuego without problems, but I mix the 50/50 "velvet blend" with the pure PG version. That's the only way to change your ratio of PG/VG to 75/25 with Velvet Vapors products.

During the holidays I was vaping eggnog from various sellers. No gunk problems.

From Johnson Creek I have Vanda and Marcado, and neither of those has caused gunk problems or slow vaping, in spite of the Red Oak line being PG free. I think they put in something else to thin them out. These juices are not light colored or clear either.

I'm finding that the confectionary and bakery flavors are all gunk makers. Also kretek and clove slow my clearo down within half an hour of filling.

I've enjoyed sampling a million delicious flavors, but now I'm replacing juices only with the light colored to clear, high PG, for ease of use.

I find that in general darker flavors gunk up coils more than 'cleaner' juices. Especially NET liquids.

Get some PGA and put a carto condom on the bottom of the gunked up atty, fill the atty up with the PGA and let it sit overnight then rinse it out thoroughly and let it dry. Most of the time they come out almost good as new.
