I'm new to vaping and I'm wondering if the condom fill or the drip fill is easier. I've watched videos and it seems that the condom fill is easier. But, which one is better at filling the carto's?

Condom filling IMHO is easier, it also does a better job getting all the filling evenly wet. Just a tip.....You can wash and reuse those condoms.....Why you may ask......Just so you can say "I washed all my dirty condoms today" 
I prefer top filling. Takes a bit more time, but I know the carto is filled when I see the first drops coming out the bottom. I do put a condom at the bottom so that I can catch the overfill, and not make a mess when giving the carto the old thermometer shake.
When I was using regular sized cartos (now am using megas), I found it easier to condum fill from the battery end...that way the juice is fored into the bottom first....pull out slowly and the suction takes all the juice off the outside. Then blow into the battery end, wipe it off and you are ready to go with no mess or waste. Now I drip but that is because of old age mostly.
I have taken to using the condom method with the Taryn spin. No other method has given me the saturation I get with the spin.
I have noticed that when blowing through the battery end the juice will often get pushed out above the filler and drop back down in the tube so I blow through the mouth end a little first. Some cartos will blow out juice when you do this so you have to be easy with it. My Boge's seem to work fine blowing through the mouth end.

Try using a syringe to fill cartos. Its really easy and not messy at all. You can push the syringe all the way to the bottom so you dont have to wait for it to settle like the drip method.
I saw a video where they did the condom fill from the top of the cartomizer verses the battery end. 25 drop in condom for a new blank set in on a flat surface and gently slide the mouth end in. Wipe very well prior to replacing rubber top on. 15 drops if it has been previously used. They said that it is better then bottom fill. I actually want to try this today. Good luck
On the first fill I like to use the end cap/condom method because the filler is dry and dry filler takes longer to absorb liquid when dripping. I use the end cap on the open end and slowly push the carto in giving the filler a chance to pull the liquid from the cap until the carto goes all the way to the bottom of the cap. Sometimes it takes another cap fill get it completely full depending on the carto. When I see liquid poking tough the battery hole it's full, I usually let it set that way a little while if I'm not in a hurry then pull the cap off, give it a blow to clear out any excess, wipe down the threads and it's ready.

I had originally seen the video on Bloog, I just tried it today and it worked great. As I push the battery slowly down and I am finished, I turn it right side up, done. Nothing came threw the battery hole and all I had to do was wipe the outside of the carto. It seems to give an even dispensing. I have had a couple of eliquid venders tell me not to fill it from the battery (hole) bottom. I use the maxxfusion so the internal atty is protected either way. Gotta love vaping.
I'm with the mynameisrob on this one. The syringe is now the way to go for me. I only recently tried it and I'm so happy with how much more quickly it gets the job done. Before I started using a syringe, I preferred drip filling to the condom method. The condom method was way to messy and I seemed to lose a lot of juice. The condom method is definitely quicker than drip filling, but wasn't worth it to me.
I've grown to despise condoms. I didn't like/use 'em before I started vapin' and I'm not starting now. All I've ever done was drip-fill 'em.
This is what I do. Break a round toothpick in half. Take half of it and insert, pointed end first, into the airhole. Now start filling by dripping. Once juice starts to leak, stop. Remove toothpick and dripper off of bottle. Put threaded end into the bottle hole and gently blow into the carto to remove juice from the airhole. Cap everything back up. Let cartomizer sit for 20 minutes to "settle", screw on battery, enjoy.
I never could get a carto full with the drip method. Now that I use the Taryn spin, I may try it again.
