Underwhelmed? Anything by Mt. Baker Vapor, or Halo

Interesting that many list Ahlusion and HHV. Those are my two top juice vendors.
But I guess, as the famous vape saying goes, "taste is subjective."

Btw, just tried two from Hurricane Vapor (Sunshine Cured tobacco & Sunset Cavendish) ... wasn't impressed.
Will stick them on the shelf and try them again in a month or two.

Flavors by Joe-all of them. I've tried 4, all purchased at one of the many local B&M's we have here. Coquito-it was a suggestion from a friend at work, started out good but then, not so much. Heavens Kiss-Great at first again, but just blah after a day or two. She Said Yes-wanted more wedding cake flavor, it was again ok but after a day or two not good Wonderboy or Boywonder-can't remember the name of it but same issue as the others, only good the first day. Here's my opinion on Flavors by Joe, they are too sweet or have a high sweetness content to them. I don't vape them at a high voltage because I know this, I use a 2.5 ohm wick in my kanger protank II with aircontrol valve full open (currently vapeing the wonderboy right now waiting for something better in my zample box that I will get tomorrow). The other flavors I used mini novas with 2.5 ohm wick on an ego battery. On all of the flavors I've tried 2 things happen, #1-after the first day all of the FBJ flavors started to taste dirty, thought it was my wick at first but even after changing wicks they still had a dirty taste to them. This brings me to #2-The flavors seem to steep or 'oxidize' too quickly for me if that makes sense. Normally this is good as it allows the flavors to develop if you will but with FBJ juices it does the opposite in my opinion. The 4 times I have purchased them I think I know better but I do it anyway since I'm always in a hurry to grab something and go. Everytime I feel like I waste my money. I want to say they are around $9 for 15 ml? Something like that, and I would rather buy 2 small bottles of something I can tolerate flavor wise than something that leaves me...wanting more. Just my 2 cents...

They use "organic ethyl alcohol" or something like that in most/all of their flavors so that's probably what you're detecting. I hate them as well. All had that artificial/alcohol taste. Ick!

yeah, that stuff is "brutal".

I used Virgin Vapor when i first started vaping, they didn't taste like they do now.

Melon Boba by GLV, bought it 'cause PBusardo raved about it, I thought it tasted like cheap melon candy with menthol added, not my cup of tea. I was initially disappointed with Ahlusion's Smooth Criminal and Caramel Wild Wood but the folks on the Ahlusion thread told me to be patient and let them steep 6-8 weeks, and they were right, Caramel Wild Wood has become a major adv for me.
