I keep two flavors active, and i like using the rebuildable option of the SubTank on a regulated mod for a failsafe. Still only a week or two into learning how to rebuild.

Currently evaluating Smok M80+ with FeV3 Clone as a cheap beginners setup to be recommended to friends.
My normally most used personal setup is Railbox w/ VGmini, but I like also mech tube mods very much. The latter are mostly equipped with RDAs of all kinds, but I also use them for some RTAs like Kayfun 4.
