Which one should I choose?

I am in the market for a new atty, and after extensive research I have narrowed it down between 2, the Russian 91% or the Fogger v4.4. So my question is which do you guys prefer between the two? Pros and cons of each? If you have them how has your experience been? Thanks in advance!
