Hey ECF, I am going to dive into building coils for my nautilus and perhaps the Aspire BCD. Saw Rip Tippers videos for this and since the coils are expensive I'd like to go the rebuild able route. Just wondering which online vendor sells rebuild supplies. It doesn't seem like many online vendors that sell hardware/PV equipment also sell build materials.

Much thanks

Not familiar with your setup, but I just started rebuilding my atties. Do you have any local shops? I was able to get an assortment of kanthal wire and ekowool wick sizes very cheap instead of shopping online, but all I needed was wick & wire for my setup. What all do u need?

There aren't any brick and mortar vape shops near me. I'd have to drive a minimum of an hour and a half one way to get to the nearest and I'm not sure if they even sell rebuild materials. Right now I need the kanthal 28 gauge and organic cotton for the nautilus coil build.

Get your wire from Resistance Wire cost about 5-8 dollars a roll all size your get your order in days.

You can get cotton from CVS $ 3.79 cotton squares 100% cooton.

Use a drill bit to roll your coils with.

Awesome, I wasn't really sure what kind of cotton was going to be needed. Don't know if there is anything different about regular cotton balls and cotton used for head builds.

With cotton read all the information most cottons are bleached white for color you want 100% pure. I figure if women use the cotton to remove makeup and clean their face with it must be good.

I get my cotton from CVS premium cotton squares cost $3.79 bag.
I don't boil them no need to. It's has a backing on it that I remove and throw away. One bag will last a life time.

It's almost impossible to find natural unbleached cotton. Even those squares you linked to are bleached cotton.

Best advice I can give is get 100% natural organic cotton balls (bleached with peroxide) I use some I found at walgreens. Boil if you want to - most do in distilled water for 15 minutes, then a rinse, then again for a further 10/15 minutes and put in sieve or colander to drain and dry.

As for wire, someone already posted the daddy of suppliers in Temco. Can't be beaten for price, shipping speed or selection.

If you are interested in silica, I've found pbdragon sells good quality silica with no weird tastes - and they sell it by the foot, so you can buy what you need.

I don't think I am going to need any silica right now but I appreciate it. I know that I'll need it when I start to rebuild my aspire bdcs for my CE-5 clearos. I'm still hoping to use the nautilus as my all day clearo so I'd like to get to work getting those coils done properly before I move into other coils.

^Ill second kidneypuncher. For Kanthal I buy it in 100ft spools. I dont use a ton of it, its just 100 ft spools are affordable at 5 dollars a spool off e bay and Ive found that if I buy it in smaller quantities its a crapshoot if the seller packages it in a usable manner. I have probably 50-60 ft of kanthal that is unusable because the seller wrapped it around paper and it kinked. I prefer to use 2mm silica for wick because I find myself rebuilding Kanger and Aspire coil heads more often than anything else. As for syringes wizardlabs.us sells them or they can be found on e bay. Some pharmacies will hand you a couple if you ask.

I rebuild my Aspire BDC Et-S and previously my BdC T3 with peaches and creme yarn from Walmart. I cut the wick a Lil longer than the silica that comes on it. Then fold it under the white wicking material. I never have problems. It vapes great.
