sorry if this is a noob question!

I have a sigelei ZMAX V3 telescoping, and a Kanger Protank attached to it

was going to order some additional coils for it and came upon the following choices from Kangertech:

1.5 ohm
1.8 ohm
2.2 ohm
2.5 ohm

which of those would be optimal for the ZMAX V3 and why?

or advantages and disadvantages to the various different resistances

Like Glen Snyder stated, if you go with the 1.8 you can use it on fixed batteries that are not variable voltage or on your ZMAX. If you get the higher ohms then you will need a variable voltage battery such as the one you have.

Also another thing to consider. Lower ohms provide a warm vape and higher ohms provide a cooler vape. In a nut shell, the higher ohms is so you can use more volts to vape your ejuice.

rounding third and heading home...
first off, congrats on the sigelei zmax. it is a great device and my current favorite(flattop). like as been stated, if you want more vapor go with the 1.8. I would suggest to look at the puritan(by dbox)- it is exactly like the protank except you can use your own mouthpiece(especially nice if you aren't crazy about the metallic protank). it uses protank coils so you you don't have to buy separate coils and best of all, it has a much better draw than the protank(instead of 4 holes in the 510 connection it has 2). it is everything the protank wishes it were- so much so, it made protank come out with its version 2 with most of the same improvements(the puritan still draws better). good luck and keep vaping!
