whistle tip carts?

I just use the softer rubber ones from an 801 , they will stretch over a cartomizer. Hope this helps.

You can buy any 901 whistle tips that are blank from just about any vendor that sells the 901.
801 soft tips I have no idea.
I got some 901 whistle tips from Rob at Vaporking.
Just remember to only cut off enough to fit without jabbing the inner O ring. The whistle tips fit great.

I had heard about these methods, but I was hoping for premade kr808d-1 carts with the whistle tip.
I guess I can assume that these don't exist then.
I don't want one bad enough to perform surgery on carts for an e-cig model I don't even have.

Surgery? LOL! Mark, wait until you get your order and then decide if you still need whistle tips. I am a die hard whistle tip fan, but I made the change (back and forth between different devices) with no issues.

It's not really as bad as you think. If/when you get your VK you are going to refill the cartomizers at some point. That means you are probably going to pop the white cap off in order to drip in the liquid. After you do that, just don't put the white cap back on... put the (easily) cut-down 901 whistle tip on instead. You can get 5 901 whistle tip carts for about $3.
I like the whistle tips so much that I don't wait for the refill. As soon as I pull the condom off of a cartomizer I will pop the white cap off and put the whistle tip on. Saves me time when I get to the point where I need to refill.

I knew there was other ways of making it happen,
I just thought it would be cool if (like for the 901, 501, and 801) when I picked out my cartos, I could pay the same price to get them with whistle tips OR round tips. Whistle tips that were specifically designed to work perfectly with a kr808d-1 cartomizer.
really just a "there should be..." kind of a thing.
no worries though, I'll probably end up trying this method.

It didn't work for me. I even tried to put an air hole through the 901, no help. I don't know if their are 2 types because I don't own the 901. but the carts I have are really little, and much flatter than my 510 whistle tips. I also wish I could buy some that would work. Refilling would be so much easier.

I just cut down a whistle tip and a wider tip cart from 901. They both work on the 808, but IMO, the stock white cap or the rubber piece that comes with cartomizer (with a hole put in center) works better. Rubber piece method has a good feel on lips and can be used if you break the white cap.
I do the same. Just pull the black (rubber ones) tip off the white cart.from the 801,and slide it on to the 808 cart. When I refill I don't bother putting the white end cap back in,just the rubber ring to keep the juice from running out the mouthpiece.Hi Big Daddy, can you post a pic of this?
