I placed an order for a single bottle of Bavarian Cream about a week or so ago. I placed many orders that same day. Some have arrived, others have not. Yesterday this bottle arrives in my mailbox. I hadn't even had a second thought that it was late.

When I opened the package I learned two things. One, what true customer service is about; and two, that I had just found a vendor that will get plenty of repeat business from me. (Remember I just opened it, I haven't even tasted the juice yet)

The packaging just speaks class, and enclosed was a handwritten note that was sealed with wax. This wasn't just a generic "thank you for your order" note that comes with half of the orders. This was a full page letter to me thanking me for my patience (I hadn't thought about it being late, remember?) and telling me about his new location and all that he has put into it. He also included a second bottle to make up for the "delay." It was chocolate hazelnut mixed the exact same as I had requested the Bavarian cream. I would never have ordered it because I have not tried a single juice with chocolate that I have liked. I haven't put this one down yet! It is amazing!

He just earned a customer for good, and hopefully many referrals!!

I would say you should! The juice is top notch! The Bavarian cream is by far the best bakery flavor that I have ever had (I am a custard junkie, so I have tried LOTS of bakery style flavors), and the chocolate hazelnut is not far behind it!

I just checked when I ordered this. I ordered it on June 24th, it arrived on June 30th. I would never call that late or a delay!

I DIY most of my juices, but lately I have been trying out several vendors I hadn't tried before.

The obvious, Suicide Bunny, has been a favorite lately. Mothers Milk is still my favorite, not a huge fan of the OB, it is like a weaker Mothers Milk, and their Derailed is another great one.

Nickoticket, I got Creme Brulee and Custards Last Stand. Custards Last Stand is the better of the two, but everyone says to blend the two, and I tried it. It is a very good combination if you are into the creamier, bakery style flavors like I am.

I ordered from Blends by Bryce, who started here on ECF. From him I got banana cream pudding (my favorite of this order), vanilla cream custard, vanilla cream pudding, and he threw in a free bottle of holy cannolli. They are all pretty good, but all pretty similar in taste with the exception of the banana cream pudding.

I took a suggestion from another thread on here and ordered a single bottle of "Dance with Miami" from Bionic Vapor. Let's just say for fruity blends, they will get PLENTY of repeat business from me! This is a juice that just screams summertime. The profile mentions guava, mango, and peach. I tend to pick up some melon on the exhale and it is wonderful! I have never been much on the fruit flavors except some of the creamy strawberry ones, but this has changed my mind for sure!

I also ordered 3 bottles from Killer Juice. Orange Dream, some blueberry flavor, and a strawberry blend of some sort. I am not one to knock a company at all, but I will say these are all still in a box in a cabinet, hoping that a good amount of steeping will make some flavor appear in them.... I caught the .99 sale, and upgraded to glass bottles for $1 extra per bottle, so if nothing else, I have 3 more good glass bottles with dropper tops.
