Here's my story. Bought a starter kit $211. Had it for less then 12 hours and the cartridge was empty. I was Never a heavy smoker. Took it back within the 3 days and they charged me a 20% restocking fee!! I let them ONLY because I think their e-cigs are JUNK and at least I was getting some of my money back. The guy told me 1 cartridge was equal to 2 packs of cigs-I smoked 2 packs in 3-4 days when I smoked. I even called their 800 number. The guy on the phone was rude and treated me like a kid and tried to make me feel like I did not know how to use an e-cig. I have been using them since Oct 1st and have not had a cigarette since, so I do know how they work. The guy on the phone-told me the sales people are not trained to sell the e-cigs(Can you believe it?!) Also, the little holes between the atamizer and battery-you need to take tape and cover them up. I could not believe what I was hearing. Oh, I was so ....... The box said it came with 2 cleaners and they were not in my box. So I questioned that. I was told you don't need them but if I want them I can get them when I place an order with them. One more thing-The guy on the phone- I swear is the same guy I spoke with when I (tried) to deal with Smoking Everywhere, Which is also a rip off. Later found out it is the same company, different name. So for you Newbies--DO NOT buy WHITE CLOUD-DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING AND READ THE FORUMS.

I guess you were told incorrect info. No way is a cart going to ever be equal to 2 packs of cigs. I was told my cartomizers (which hold way more than a cart from a 3 piece) was the equivalent of 30 cigs. Not even close. I just bought some ejuice and refill them and don't worry about it.
Covering one of the air inlet holes is a known trick for increasing vapor on ecigs and it does work, although it will only make your carts empty out even faster.

Seems most of us here were victims of ourselvs doing the instant gratification thing rather than doing research first ( me espically included ) Sucks but their you are, and HERE you are... NOW do your reasearch and sin no more...$211.00 for a kit was it hand crafted in gold with your name engraved on it? That is insane and and a cart is more like 6smokes for me. I am so glad i never bought them expensive kits that they had at the mall i came close one time but was like nah. Got online bought a DSE full kit 2 atty 2 battery 1 charger and 5 carts for $47.50 usd after shipping got to my house in 3 days from the order. which was shipped USPS priority mail, I have been smoke free for 7days and 23hrs according to my recorders. And saved $50.23 usd as of this minute. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with it but always research some thing when spending over 100.00 dollars at least i do.

Found this out the hard way, but the $189 white cloud cirrus starter kit is 100% the same as the $39 KR808D-1 starter kit at Vapor Kings. Too late for me to return the White Clouds. The only thing thats missing from the cheaper kit is the silly White Cloud emblem! Grrr.
I know, that bites. Like almost everyone else I got ripped off on my first kit too but just shy of 4 months later I'm mixing my own juice and making my own mods so the only thing I'm buying is the juice supplies and attys.... If you don't count the connecters, switches and other supplies for the mods.
