why do I sometimes put a brand new white cloud cartridge on my battery and it's hard to draw. now I have e-cigerette batteries and using white cloud cartridges because the e cig guy left the mall...lol..are all batteries and cartridges interchangable?

No, all batteries and cartridges are not interchangeable. You need to find the alphanumeric designation (whew) of the battery that you have. Like KR808D-1 or RN 4081. Then you can find the cartridges that fit. That is not to say that you don't have the right cartridges now, and there isn't some other problem. I would try Googleing the brand that you have and see if you can find out what kind of battery you have.

One step further.....

I've got a Green Smoke battery and since GS doesn't sell blank cartomizers, I bought some from other companies who said they were compatible. They fit, but don't draw with consistency; some easy, some not so easy.
