Thanks for the link Katmar. I didn't and still don't know what the FDA is proposing in it's entirety. I've read a few synopses and other peoples interpretations of the document. I don't have time to read the document they produced and I'm not a lawyer so I doubt I would understand 1/3 of what that document says. Links like this are helpful for me.

So it means everything and nothing at the same time. <<< Impossible? No, its politics. The Reuters news article didnt seem to point that out, but flashed it like it was a breaking event. Curious no? But we are living in the age of transparent politics? You gotta beg for reason in that one.So your saying timing means everything retired one, I guess so. Sounds like some people wanna look good no matter what the outcome. Worse, the ObamaCrats have done almost nothing since.

But lets redo the fireworks or lack thereof. A casual reader, was under the distinct impression that the OMB and Obama where moving to water down the regs CURRENTLY, because timing was not mentioned. Someone else in the closed thread, was saluting Obama for the message. And a casual listeners will think exactly the same also. <<<< this really is the only news that is relevant about this story. When WHAT has placement in the news, IS the news, the actual news information isn't very relevant. Yes? But what people believe to be fact is the major relevant point. Been that way in govermentisizing-media-cating for a long lumpy time. It also begs for a question to be answered which is reasonable----- Who? and Why? You can answer that for yourself. It also doesnt do a bit of good to press the issue. ie (it was a typo, they forgot) By that time it doesn't matter, fact is fiction and fiction is fact in peoples minds.

This is somewhat amusing, its sort of like a drive by political flashing. Complete with Obamacrats flashing their sadness at the plight.

That is the long of it, the short of it is this: Leprechauns always do have a funny looking deck of cards.

Re: bold .... this is rather a new phenomena. Oh there have been revisionist history going on since cavemen, but this 'retro-news flash' is a bit new. There was something recently about Gov. Walker -where charges that were thrown out months ago - twice, were reported as 'new allegations'.
