Whitecloud Cirrus E-Cig?

So after being a pack a day smoker for quite some time I decided it's time to quit. I tried cold turkey with hardly any luck so I went to my local mall with buying an E-Cig in my agenda. There is a kiosk there that cells a brand of E-Cigs made by a company called "White Cloud." I bought into it and purchased a cartons worth of cartridges, the unit itself, with a case and USB charger. The entire price came out to be about 140 dollars. It's well worth the money at the time because I really want to quit.

After using the product for roughly 2 weeks I grew tired of it. It's not the same satisfaction I get from a standard cigarette. I feel as if I wasted quite a bit of money and I'm not sure if it's just the brand or what. I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with this brand of E-Cigs. The particular model I own is called the "Cirrus." If that is any bit helpful.

I have also looked up reviews online for the same model I own and it's gotten outstanding reviews. So maybe it's just me?

George, gotta say I never heard of White Cloud but $140.00, DAMN! You could get a lot of good vaping equipment from some of the venders listed in this forum for that kinda scratch. Look around the suppliers threads and visit some of their sites. I have had good experiences with e-cigsupply.com, thesmokelessshop.com, vaporstix.com, vaporkings.com, myfreedomsmokes.com, madvapes.com, ikenvape, etc. etc.
There are some scammers out there selling inferior products for rediculous prices and often (not always) mall kiosks are a good place to get taken advantage of. The ones that advertise on radio are always a rip off.
I got took on my first purchase too (only $65.00 though) so don't feel too bad. Try some of the reputable venders you can find in here though. It'll be worth it. I haven't smoked in 2 1/2 months.

Yeah I really want to sell the thing and look more into getting a better one. I just don't know where to sell it and how much to sell it for. That's if anyone will even buy it.

I hope you can recoup some of your loss but you may just have to write it off as experience. That's what I had to do with a couple of bad purchases. I keep my first e-cig strapped to the top of my vaping stash box to remind me not to be stupid and make rash decisions.

You may just need a higher nicotine strength liquid to refill your carts with. I would start there since it will be the cheapest option because I know you're not wanting to put too much more money into vaping until you know it's for you. Try to get a 26 mg strength from a reputable juice distributor. I would recommend not getting any juice from DeKang as that may be part of the reason you're not satisfied. Most of the companies use pre-packaged cartridges with juices from China which is usually DeKang (sub-par in my opinion and I am not alone in thinking that). I hate to name drop here because I don't want to leave any good suppliers out but I also don't want to be so vague that my advice is of no help to you. Nhaler and Liquidxpress have some really good juice. I've heard Mrs. T's Bakery and DIY flavorshack are good as well but I haven't tried them yet.

You can also pick up a "disposable" 510 from madvapes for around $10 bucks. The 510 is a pretty popular model (my personal favorite) and $10.00 is pretty cheap. Especially since it's rechargable several times.

George, you have to remember that quitting smoking is all a mind set. I mean, any bad habit (smoking, drinking, gambling, etc..) is all basically mind over matter. A lot of people say that it's the nicotine that makes it hard to quit; but my personal opinion is that I think it's more just out of habit that makes it hard to quit. I mean for example; you wake up, first thing you do is light a cigarette, you drive to work, you crack the window or roll it down and light a cigarette, after you eat a meal, you light a cigarette, (ever notice it's the same way every time?). Just put yourself in a mind set that "O.k., this is what I will use instead of a cigarette because it will benefit me every way possible that a cigarette won't". And trust me, after I'd say a week, you won't have that God awful annoying "smoker's cough" that you probably have and you will just feel 100 times better.

Oh I know it's more of a habit than a physical addiction. I work a job where 95% of the time I am driving around. I like smoking when driving because it's basically just something to do rather than something I NEED to do.

However, will liquid work with the e-cig I have? It's got one of those systems where the atomizer and the flavor cartridge piece are the same part. So would it still be possible to fill those?

If so I may pick up some stuff then and experiment to find a flavor that I actually can see myself smoking.

Ouch... 140. Wanna hear the weird news? Those Cirrus models can go for more than that. I checked out whitecloudcigarettes.com and man are they pricey. Their starter kit sells for 190, and their replacement batts go for 90. The cartridge 5 pack seems steep at 20. If they really did last two packs per cart, that would be one thing, but I still can't get over the battery price... I digress...

It looks alot like a kr808d variety, which would make it pretty easy to try out other cartomizers on without spending too much. As for liquid, any of it will work, from anywhere, and you should be able to pop the cap off the mouthpiece end of the cartridge to accomodate refilling; pop the cap off, remove the o-ring, if there is one, and drip fluid around the sides.

For the initial investment, I really hope you find a way to like your Cirrus. With any luck, it really is just a juice issue.

i bought my white cloud in a mall in Maryland for 125. it lasted about a week but it got me to do some searching and i found this site and a good vendor and now i am happy

The White Cloud is the same as a KR080 Get a Passthrough and some juice good to go. Hang onto the kit for when your on the road. They run that same scam over here at Countryside mall and the smoke shop in the mall sells the same kit made by Vopor-Nine for 89 bucks. Get a KR808 Passthrough and some good juice and youll love it.

It should. I looked up the Cirrus and it apears the cartomizer is just a KR808-D-1. Here's a video on how to refill them with your own juice.
