I want to know if anyone else has noticed that their teeth have become whiter since they have begun vaping. How long since you started vaping before you noticed the change. Was whiter teeth something you wanted and a factor you considered when you started vaping? Do you do other things (smoking, coffee) that might still prevent you from having whiter teeth? Any other thoughts and or feelings about vaping, smoking and the shade of your teeth...
I noticed my teeth have gotten a little bit whiter since I began about 5 months ago. I vaped and quit smoking analog cigarettes when I started. I have smoked maybe 3 cigarettes since I started, mainly because I wanted to know how different it felt to me and I noticed the taste of the burning cigarette, although I didn't get that head rush from the nicotine (presumably because I vape). It was about 2 months into the vaping when I could notice the change in my teeth, looking just maybe a little bit whiter. I drink about a pot (maybe 3-4 cups) of coffee every day, and I believe this to be a major road block to having whiter teeth. I do not use any whitening products, although I would use such products if I knew of one that was affordable and dependable. When I began vaping in February, I was looking out for this change in my teeth. I was trying to convince myself that going without the analog cigarettes was a worth while choice (which it has been; improved senses of taste and smell to prove it)...
