Haven't tried Valuevapor, but that's the best price I've seen for these. Ikenvape HV 901 atties, however, are just perfect IMO. TH, Flavor, lots of vapor @ 7.4V. I've been using one for several months now, still cranks out the vape.

You might also try Puresmoker.
They have high, lr and regular resistance atty's and cartos
for about $5.00 each if you buy them in quantity.
I bought 25 regular resistance atty's for about $100 or so which is a great price 50% off and you don't have to worry about your shipment being confiscated like you do with a co-op!
