I love the one at VIP, its a bit pricey, but its accurate and makes great punches from the tiniest to a clean larger hole depending on your juice thickness.

there are many different options, and im sure there are many personal preferences.

I slot my cartos with a wee carbide wheel on a Dremel. I don't like the dimple or the fact that some punches distort the carto.
