The dna 40 chip the hana uses has a max input of 16a, (from the battery to the chip).
So, any of the good 18a - 20a CDR cells will work well & safely.

The 'best' thing is gonna get ya. lol
Authentic cells are authentic cells.

You still have to do your homework and know what batteries are suitable for your power device & watt range, or, if using a mechanical resistance range.
The amp demand dictates what cell(s) are needed for proper function & saftey.

Many have great service & luck with some other reputable vendors.

I may be Wrong on this.

But I thought that "NCR" Chemistry batteries were designed so they could be Discharged to Lower Voltages without Damage.

And what was given up by doing so was Higher Amp Draw. Something that is Very Important to consider when using a Battery in an e-Cigarette.
