I'm just looking for a cheap mechanical mod for a friend must be 18650 with a 510 thread. Nothing fancy cheap is what is needed.

If they are really a friend, go cheap if you must, but Not CHEAPEST. you don't want them hurt.

I have, use and enjoy these.

This:
$19.44 KTS+ Electronic Cigarette Battery Compartment - gold-plated brass mod at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Plus Battery / charger- e-liquid and Tank to suite will do well.

Or this, complete less E-liquid:
$46.21 Kamry KTS 6-in-1 Rechargeable 2000mAh Electronic Cigarettes Health Keeping Set - w/X8 atomizer / 510 threads at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Hi, thanks for the links but I'm not interested in VV been there done that. In fact I used to make my own before they were for sale (with pots and battery boxes). I have been vaping for over four years. I'm just looking to get my buddy a basic mechanical 18650 tube mod the cheapest around. I'm not looking for advice really. I just found what worked for me a long time ago and stopped shopping. So I don't feel like getting back into this as a hobby or to spend countless hours scouring the net looking for a deal.

There really is no tinkering necessary is you keep it simple. An 18650 tube with a switch. I have about a hundred LR atties (bought them for 50cents each three years ago when they first came out) I drip because it's the best flavor and hit everytime with no messing around. My buddy wants to do the same. He already has tons of batteries and chargers because he is into building RC toys and stuff.

I guess I was just hoping that there were a few sub $20 tube mods to pick from.

Thanks again for the replies I guess I should have made myself more clear.
