I believe it is Pure Smoke not sure. I ordered some cartos from them awhile ago (3 weeks to a month) and just not got around to trying them. I noticed that the first 3 I filled had an off taste. The 4th one I pulled out of the blister pack had a blue wire in the middle which I thought was weird. They were making all my liquid taste perfumy or just plain off. I cant describe it. So I opened up the 5th one and this is having never filled the 5th one. It was burned. How does a carto in a blister pack have a burnt tube?? I guess you call it before ever being used? Anyone else ever experience this?
