16340 or 14500 both fit and then you get such a small set-up
The 18500 I ordered from E-Bay but they also come from Hong-Kong.
Best bet is to get from Lisa your batties as she ships very, very fast!!
Check if she has the 3.7 V 1200 MaH, with them you get an even smaller Storm ;-):

Here are some notes I've saved regarding the Pila charger and spacers. Mine is on the way, I've included a link for a "dummy spacer" as well.

PILA INFO:

16340 = 16mm diameter x 34mm long (CR123A size)

I use the Pila charger to recharge my 18650's, 17670's, 14500's (uses the spacer included with the Pila), and 16340's (needs an extra 15mm spacer, NOT included with the Pila).



I use a Pila IBC to charge IMR 16340's. Lighthound has some 15mm aluminum spacers that can be used in conjunction with the screw in Pila spacers to charge 16340's in an IBC.

I prefer to use only one spacer rather than two and use the CR123 dummy for this purpose, it is a bit too long as is and needs to be filed down to about 32 mm or 1.25 " to put the ideal pressure on the "-" spring in the charger.
