Who makes the best kayfun lite+/Russian 91% clone

here is a kayfun 3.1 by hcigar... of which i have heard good things. i can't speak to the quality because i dont have one... yet. BUT what i do know is vaporworld.biz is great and it looks like a good price compared to my research

I've always wanted a High Def Samsung mod!

I'm guessing they used to sell samsung batteries? It just seemed out of place between the other brands!

hcigar..no doubt. Tobeco 91clond has great threads, but positive block is raised above negative block, and the insulator underneath looks like it was cut by a 5year old.. probably because it was. Plus, i had to file wick wells. I'm interested in seeing how the tobeco kfl+ clone is. Eh pro threads are rough.

When you get a clone..look at the base for your decision. This is a picture of tge tobeco 91 and some unknown lite clone. Tobeco on left, unknown on right, you want the wick wells to be somewhere in the middle with how they're cut.

Would anyone know the best place to purchase the Hcigar

Which kayfun did you go with?

I have an ehpro kayfun lite clone. The finish is beautiful, nice an matt. But it has a tight draw. I had to drill out the air hole to 3/32nd which was difficult because it's solid stainless. Stainless "work hardens" when drilling, so I ended up buying a special drill bit at the hardware store. Other than than, it has plated steel screws on the post, which rust.

I would just buy an authentic "Kayfun Lite Plus" for $99 and avoid all of these issues. There are some on ebay. Also, the resale value of an authentic kayfun may be something to consider as well.

I don't know if hcigar makes a lite/+.. ebay or google hcigar kayfun 3.1. Eh pro is a good option too.. the only complaint I have is the threads.

What Gauge kanthal did you use for this build?

I have the Hcigar kayfun clone. Trouble free, awesome vape. Very well made. Compared it side-by-side with a Russian and it looked IDENTICAL in terms of finish, fit and materials. Set up with a 1.6 ohm microcoil (8 wraps on a 5/64 drill bit) and organic cotton wick. This thing is magical. No leaks, tons of flavor.

For me on the kayfun lite, ehpro makes the best clones of it, no doubt .

28 gauge Kanthal. 7/6 wrap on a 5/64 drill bit. 1.4 ohms. I love this thing.

So is the Hcigar version considered a replica/counterfeit cause it has the SvoeMesto logo on it?.....curious if it also has the adjustable pin on the 510 connection

I would consider it a replica (or counterfeit if you like). Personally I wish they had left the logo off or used their own logo to clearly identify it as a clone.

Mine does have the adjustable 510 pin.
