Try Dekang USA Mix, I vape 12 mg but just to knock your friend's socks off, get 18mg and higher

I like the one that I got at Vapor Pro (not affiliated with ECF) called Marlbelo. Really good. I got the 11 mg because my brand was very light, but if he's a true Marlboro Red smoker, I'd get 18 mg or perhaps even 24 if he's a very heavy smoker. Mine is also VG. Not a PG/VG mix. If he wants a stronger TH, you probably want to get the custom blend which is a VG/PG blend.

It's the first juice I ever tried, and I still really like it.

I've had very good luck with this seller. He's doesn't have a big selection of items or juice..but is very prompt and helpful.
