There are, but they carry like a 14 day warranty. Can't remember who carries it off the top of my head. IMO, the best place to get it is Heaven's Gifts. It comes from China, but they ship EMS, so it only takes 4-5 days to receive it. They have a 1 year warranty on it.
Litecigusa.com sells them I don't think you can find a US reseller that is cheaper when you factor in the shipping and the service has always been top notch. To be honest I have been thinking of getting one myself, those carts look huge and so do those batteries. I think that would be the perfect all day device.
