Who sells the best pg/vg

After days of reading up on the nicotine wars I've decided to go with Vapers Tek for my nicotine. How about the PG/VG? in my searches couldn't find any recommendations besides amazon... VT PG/VG seems a little pricey also they only offer in 100% mix of either. thought I read that you can e-mail to make it 75%25% could be mistaken. Any recommendations to a link or your personal choices would be much appreciated. Thanks for all the suggestions and help so far!!!!
