I got a lot of good information on another post about different e-cig brands and cost of starter kits.

Could someone tell me who sells the most e-cigs by number of e-cigs sold in the USA?

Also, what is the highest quality e-cig available and why?

How much should I expect to pay for the highest quality e-cig?

It seems I have a lot to learn.

Selling the most does not mean "the best". It simply means...good advertising methods.

There are many different styles of ecigs, what style are you seeking advice on?

1. Starter Kits

2. 300 puff disposables

3. 500 puff disposables

I have seen all different types at the mall kiosk, smoke shops, and convenience stores and chain stores.

I am confused because some are 2 piece and some are 3 piece.

I guess I am asking about the 2 piece used on some starter kits and the 300 or 500 puff disposables?

Any and all information you can provide will be appreciated.

I don't know if I am asking the question properly so educate me with all the information you are willing to provide me.

After reading your response I will probably ask more questions because I will understand better.

Well first off, forget about "puffs". No such thing. You cant predict how many a carto will provide since there are too many factors i.e. length of draw, size of carto, type of liquid, voltage etc.

Second, forget the the mall kiosk, smoke shops, and convenience stores and chain stores. Overpriced garbage.

For a analog "style" experience, I would advise Smokeless Image. Awesome prices, Awesome Customer Service, Awesome products. You should also look into Bloog, V4L, and others that carry the Gen2 KR808D1. All of them are close if not identical, just rebranded. Smokeless Image comes out on top with Price.

Me personally...I dont like "starter kits" Usually for the same price or less I can get what I want in the color I want without unnecessary accessories. Do the math, see which way works best for you.

For a analog "smoking" experience....go with a mod style. On the cheap side...a Lavatube, on the awesome side...a Provari. Whats great about them is they are variable voltage. You can dial in how hot/cold or how much flavor you want by adjusting the voltage....and the battery will get you through a full day without a recharge, unlike the KR8081D above.

The mod isnt always as pretty....but once you vape one, you will throw away the analog style ones in a heartbeat. It will satisfy your experience easily.

Then you need to find a juice that you can be happy with....be prepared to try a bunch of them. Some you will hate, others you will enjoy. Taste is subjective.

It all boils down to budget, patience, and willpower.

+1 to Ghostrider - can't really add anything to that.

Keep in mind - in between the mass-market Lavatube and the bigbux Provari, there are mid-range VV mods like the Buzz and the Infinity that are well worth a look.

If you don't want to pay out for variable voltage but you DO want good battery power then take a look at the E-Power mods. Also, there are a newer generation of 'variable voltage' devices coming out like the Akston-Hughes SVR. These only offer 3 or 4 voltages but they are higher powered than traditional Ego type devices.

You need to think about what you want in a PV. All day use without changing batteries and liquid or a device that is slim and easy to palm?

Be prepared for some serious wallet-lightening :p

Oh, and welcome to ECF!
