my only concern is the brass and whatever bacteria may be left from said sink. Brass tens to turn funny colors when it oxidizes, cant think that would be too tasty to vape on.

I understand your concern but if I'm drawing air from the outside either through the exterior vent holes of the carto/atomizer or the air hole on my Bulli Smoker, I shouldn't have to worry, right? The only thing the interior will be used for is the wiring. Plus I'm going to boil it, sanitize it with alcohol, Brasso it, and varnish it. And then vape the hell out of it.
