Who to blame? Happy Vaper or CP?????

I can't blame Jack. I can't really Blame CP, and i will tell you why.

My order was supposed to be shipped "expedited parcel". So basically I should have it by now. I received a parcel from Manitoba to Newfoundland, that was shipped Mar 18 as a regular parcel. So who do i blame? i have had to resort to analogs again. I have parts for an ecig and this order was to replace the one i have. Very frustrated!!:evil:

Unfortunately I got a dud from HV and then my return got lost in the shuffle and I went unnoticed for a few weeks. But I have to give Jack at HV credit due they did find me eventually and return it 'Expedited'.
Then had to wait and wait because CP had some kind of 'transportation delays'. When I checked the online CP Tracking site it was something like:
- Package delayed for reasons outside our control: transportation delay.
something like that.

This was to Alberta and I think we did have some icey roads that week so possibly that explains it?
If you are in Ontario I think that is frustrating for sure.


HV did throw in a couple of extra atomizers for the trouble and can't blame them for the slow mail. It would have been 2-3 days IF it were not for Canada Post.
