I'm not a cloud chaser, but I'd say focus on more than just your build, although I'd caution against going unreasonably low. You're going to want good batteries to support a low resistance build, and the more metal in your tank (if you go down the exotic coils road and a dual build, for example) you will have more surface area in your build, hence more flavor and more ability to generate clouds and etc., but it will increase the need for your mod and batteries to work harder, heating up your build.

I do think many folks wanting big clouds and high wattage will pick a dual coil RTA and often put some pretty robust builds in there. It is harder on mods and batteries overall, so make sure you choose high rated batteries and that they will support your build and wattage. The more VG, the more clouds as a general rule, some folks even use unflavored VG, period, if entering a competition or something. You'd still want a higher VG juice, and also, your lung capacity is going to play a role as far as what clouds you create, and there are many folks who underestimate that fact.

I don't. My kid could fog up my car in a heartbeat. He also has Phelp's like lungs, though.

Best of luck, sorry to not be of more help.

Start by ditching the 22G, the ramp up/down time is atrocious as the wire is so heavy. There are far better ways of getting low resistance coils. Talking of which your build is what 0.07 ohms? On a regulated device there is no need to use super low resistance coils, the device will apply the same wattage regardless.

Using a thinner wire will give you better ramp up/down, and being thinner will mean it has a greater surface area to mass ratio leading to greater efficiency and more vapor.

Try dual 10 wraps of 26G with a 2.5mm internal diameter. With sufficient airflow, wicking and power you will be able to fog out a barn.
