Ya 2 charges from England $276 that went thru and a $470 ?? that did not so I have to fill out paperwork to contest the charge now .

They can scan the cards in your pocket with those scanners. Also receipts. They're getting pretty good at that kinda stuff. They need to publish their names on a lowlife list for all to see.

I had it happen about a month ago. My CC fraud dept. called me cuz they just knew I hadn't done it. Charged about 2k online from foreign web sites. All I had to do was sign a form attesting I had not charged the items.
They cancelled the card and I had a new one within 7 days.

I've been incredibly lucky and have never had my # stolen in the 20+ years I've had the same account. When I called them this morning they told me that I not responsible for a single penny if it ever does happen. I've also had their fraud dept. call me to verify that I made purchases, especially if it was a lot of charges in one day.

That was the wierd thing about when they got me the CC company called and ask if I made these charges. I don't understand how they knew they were not mine but they did. I think it's the $.01 charge to see if the card is good they first make is what alerted them to mine.

Wish I was on the list to test the vvpv... bahaha and ya, sucks about the credit cards. I actually have a wallet that blocks RFID scanners. Wasn't cheap but it works.

When I got it the envelope was glowing blue and I thought WTH is this. Then I thought I wonder what USPS thought it was. That was another reason why I put it in a box. To hide the Blue LED.
