Whole tank leaking out.. Help! :(

I have to take off the mouthpiece and fill it, so top.

So is it leaking out through the top?

Is it leaking out when you lay it horizontally?

Sounds like if you keep it upright it should not leak.
If it leaks while upright, then something is wrong at the bottom.

And how old is the tank?

Guys I fixed it! just had to move my silicone part up slightly. If theres any more probs Ill post!
