I don't get the severe anaphylactic symptoms from foods some people get. It's more like a lactose reaction (yep I get those too) Cramping, spasms, vomiting, etc.
It's annoying having food allergies. Ever try to go out to dinner when you have to depose the waiter on ingredients?
My latest one that actually causes hives in my mouth is black pepper

I know just how you feel Lox! I have to do the same thing when eating out. I'm allergic to everything from pork, to oranges, to bell peppers and on. What really bites is when you've been cruising along just fine in life being able to eat something and then just out of the blue one day you go to eat it and all of the sudden you're allergic to it now.

I'm so sorry you had a reaction to our product. If you'd like, I would be happy to replace the bottle with a 70/30 version. (or 80/20...to be on the safer side of the allergy) No charge, of course. Let me know, and your order number, and I'll take care of it.

Thank you JFresh for offering that! I have enough stuff here though to mix it with so that I will be alright to vape it, but I'd love the option of being able to order 80/20 next time instead of 100 VG.

You're a sweet guy. We all know it wasn't your fault.

Based on some PMs I have recently received from other thread contributors, I want to clarify my previous post.

The spray-can image above was posted tongue-in-cheek. My intention was to convey irony, given my preceding, edited post.

Short of marketing another vendor's products or spamming pornographic material,
it seems to me that EVERYONE should feel WELCOME to post about 'whatever they wish', as Jfresh so clearly indicates himself.

It is hurtful when anyone insinuates or accuses another member of poor forum behavior when they may simply be sharing information or requesting clarification.

Blessings,
cnew

I am blown away. I have never met anyone with as many crazy, undeniable, severe allergies like what I have. Yes metals, turkey (poultry), shellfish, leguimes - and those are the severe ones, anaphlaytic shock or throat closing or immediate reaction stuff. I think the worst part is trying to convince people I am not doing this for "attention" and if I ignore them I get very, very ill. I can't wear jeans often because of the rivets. I panic when I see a bee because I nearly lost part of my foot due to a sting. That's not "crazy" or a "drama queen". This really has become a hot issue for me because I think I'm trying to track down maybe 2 new allergiens - including whatever I'm reacting to in some juices (I'm not completely sold on pg yet).

Anyway, I just find it kinda unusual to find so many with multiple allergies collected on a forum like this. I have no idea what that means .... if anything at all. But then I'm also finding it strange that cigs with their 1,000-4,000 added chemicals inhaled daily hasn't caused more reactions and yet vaping, with mainly 3 simple ingrediants has. Aarrgghh!

PG only? So you got PG only, or did you mean VG? Man, if you got PG only, that thorat hit may even be too much for me and I am a self-proclaimed TH fanatic. 25 mg WTA PG only? I am amazed at the TH of this and it's VG only; though it's not a "normal" TH, it's much more full feeling than just that thump.
You made me look! The bottle (in the house now!) says VG only - I trade my early pee for a new vee...

I'm allergic to corn, not in a life or death way but rather if I get to much of any corn or corn derivative it builds up till I loose my sense of smell. If I have any processed food for more than a day or two I stop being able to smell anything. So I understand the whole "odd allergy" thing. My mom is allergic to going from being to hot to a cool area and goes into anaphylactic shock and that is really odd if you ask me. I am also finding that just about anything that has natural oils (cinnamon and citrus) tends to give me mild hives while I vape it.

Some (much) of the VG sold is soy based and soy allergy's are not uncommon. Some VG is date palm based (and yes you can get organic that is fair trade and grown to be used as vg and not detrimental to animal habitat) and trying the palm based rather than soy based may help some people. It might be convoluted to get it in bought e-liquids though.

Yep I have weird food allergies too  like turkey  ever hear of an allergy to turkey? :?:

As one who spent an entire year of life working with a nutritionist to track down food allergies (and only being able to eat like 6 things for a month, and then add ONE thing back at a time).......YES.

Turkey and fowl allergies are not uncommon.

(What is bad is that many people spend their entire lives with migraines, or reflux or even asthma.......and later find out it is food, which is essentially, a chemical.)

So the PG VG Flavoring thing among vapers wasn't in the least surprising to me.......not even a little bit odd. The thing is that most people don't go "looking for what they're allergic to" (indeed, it is never even suggested) ..... but then they start something "new" like vaping and have all kinds of problems.

BTW, I suggest that if any vaper has sensitivities to anything in vape juice, there is a good chance there are other "offenders" in their lives.

(public service announcement) :)

A very good friend of mine underwent several expensive and painful sinus surgeries to correct chronic sinus infections until her allergist identified that she was highly allergic to cheese!!!
