It has been an increasing concern for us as well as our wholesale customers that packages have arrived at their destinations with half-full bottles and puddles in the bottoms of the packages.

While for domestic shipments, these kinds of bottles might hold up perfectly, international shipments must endure customs, where customs officials test their new hammers on the bottles, see how far they can make them bounce off the walls, or whatever half-minded things customs officials do to merchandise before they get bored and send packages to their proper destinations..

We just don't know what they're doing, but the issue remains, leaky bottles.

So, we wanted to let you international wholesale clients know that we've gone the extra mile and purchased heat induction sealing equipment. This is by no means a cheap endeavor, but it WILL ensure that your bottles will remain properly sealed in transit to YOU!

It's a simple process, the sealer caps contain multiple layers, a seal layer, a foil layer, an adhesive foam layer and a separate foam layer that remains in the top portion of the cap. When the cap is in place, we use a heat induction machine that uses energy to heat the foil and seal layer to create the seal similar to what you see on the tops of medicine bottles like Tylenol.

With these seals and caps in place, we've tossed these bottles around the room and bounced them off of the floor and the cap and seal remain intact and undamaged. We think this should be adequate enough to stand up to the custom officials or whatever else may be happening to these in transit.

The pour caps will of course be included with your shipments in a separate bag.

This procedure is effective immediately for all wholesale customers.

Take care and Happy vaping!

There have been no further complaints about bottles leaking. We are VERY relieved to have been able to find a feasible solution. It's been working out great.

So, if there are any other liquid manufacturers out there that want to look into heat induction sealers and have $4,000 to part with, I can get you hooked up. lol.

But yeah, this has been working out great for us here.
