Hi and welcome. I'm afraid I don't know anybody in the wholesale business. I think most people order direct from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately it can not be in China, everything comes from China retains customs.

The are not any wholesalers in the USA that I have seen.

There are China wholesalers who have USA warehouses but those warehouses are stocked with product shipped from China.

If there is a particular company you are wanting to buy from, I would contact them directly and ask if they sell wholesale.
