When I ordered from them the tracking number came from trueessence.com. I checked out the prices on trueessence.com and they are way better. Not a big deal but just figured people shouldnt have to deal with that.

Same here...I sent trueessence an email when I got a notification my pck had shipped...saying what's up, I haven't ordered anything from trueessence...they replied back saying I must have ordered from wholesalevials or ebay...wholesalevials may be an affiliate/dropshipping or something..

Dont panic, many people use them, including me. Does Truessence ship free? If not, are still saving money?

Might want to check the negative reviews section on them. I read something there not too long ago.
