Whoops...got the wrong battery...can I even use it?

My other have has an SVD, and needed more batteries. I accidentally got a pair of TrustFire 18500's, instead of IMR 18650's. I have read and read but I can't wrap my mind around the information, but I think that since these say Li-ion I am guessing these are the batteries that are considered more risky?

You want to use IMR (Li-Mn) or IMR/hybrid batteries only. The Trustfire batteries are "poor quality" protected ICR batteries, which in this day of modern battery technology, are obsolete for use in mods (only good for low drain applications like flashlights). ICR batteries can vent flames and explode.
