I'm sure both ECC and Vapefest were great and everyone had a great time at both. There is no reason to get any more divisive over this; let's try to be more cohesive and united as a community, and leave the hate outside the "door" here ok? :)

Absolutely!

I would have liked to go to both.

I also would have loved to attend both, and I actually know some people who did!

Or, it could just be that it was the only date any southern California Convention Center or large Venue could be booked?

Remember -- there are always 2 sides to any story and everything you read on the internet isn't true.

Now, look at all the venders that were in Vegas -- did any of them advertise the ECC? Please do the research for me. Should I call out hate for Cherry Vapes and all the vendors and boycott them because they didn't talk about Anaheim? Because, if they didn't, then they surely must be haters. Right?

I'd say the So Cal community had no problem attracting people from it's public, the vapers in So Cal and the owners, employees and customers of the hundreds of B&M's in the area. I also believe Vegas doubled their attendance from last year and had a bigger turnout than expected.

I'd say this is a Win Win for the vaping community. Next fall lets have a "Meet/Bash/TradeShow/Convention" in 12 major cities the same weekend!

I think you may be on to something here. From what I heard from the organizers, they did not have much choice in available weekends for the Convention Center. I don't think the scheduling of either of these events was intended to be divisive at all.

Now c'mon... group hug. ;)
